Why should I deal with Sun Mortgage Corporation?

How much can I borrow?
Sun can provide up to 75% of the appraised value of owner occupied residential properties and most rental properties and 65% of the appraised value of commercial properties.

How much will it cost me?
Sun charges a one time placing fee of 3% of the amount of the mortgage to arrange the financing. In addition, you will incur the cost of an appraisal and the usual legal fees associated with arranging a mortgage.
